So....for the TSR and ENF I'm confused as to why there are now two threads, I thought we were doing it all on one thread. Should I move éclair and Aer's intro over to the new one, or....yeah.

There's two threads because there's more than one thing going on.
In case you're not familiar with multi-path RP's, which this one seems to be ((RP's done via Email/FaceBook/Singular thread/etc... Are not this)) each general forum Topic (ie. TSR/ENF, Aria, LENU. Kingdom), are just that, general topics with a vague descriptions. Within those general topics are threads, or Specific Topics, which delve into specific events within that topic. I've been a part of forums that had hundreds of threads in a Topic (and not does it come in handy to keep your specific thread URL on hand).
I can't speak for the Admin, but I can speak from just over ten years of prior experience. You can move your character to whatever Thread you want, so long as you provide the URL to the current Thread, in the last Thread you transferred from (or so that's how it's standardly done).
"Journey of Svoboda" is taken on from my characters' perspective. Now, while it's its own Thread, It still has to adhere to whatever is universally going on in the General Topic (it can't go off into its own little alternate universe where, for example, the TSR have total control or something). I guess to put it in better terms, the General Topic portrays the conflict of the ENF and TSR. Obviously, it's known that there's a conflict. However, each Thread would represent characters' point of view at different angles, or create side-storylines. This prevents a jumpy forum post which would otherwise have you posting about whatever it is you post about and me posting about whatever it is I post about in the same Thread, which usually causes mass confusion -especially if one person replies faster to posts than others, which eventually winds up in one person's story getting lost and overpowered by others.
Hopefully, this cleared things up for you. If not, feel free to keep asking.
